Sue VanMeter-Smith is a graduate of Fairfield Union High School with a degree in Business and Accounting from Ohio University-Lancaster. Working locally for several years at WHOK Radio, Sue joined Innerphase Video in 2004 as an Account Executive. She is also the smiling face you see everyday when you enter the lobby, and when it comes to “customer service”, there is no one better. Sue has a daughter Kelli, two grandchildren and lives with her husband Tom just outside of Lancaster. (She is also a mean cook!)
Rob Reffitt
Rob Reffitt, who works in a sales/customer relations capacity, is a 1975 graduate of Lancaster High School and a 1997 graduate of The Recording Workshop, in Chillicothe, Ohio. A veteran of the U.S.A.F., and a life long musician, Rob has spent the last nine years as an educational representative for a central Ohio music company. Additionally, Rob utilizes the skills he acquired at The Recording Workshop and his experience as a musician to produce and engineer CD’s for aspiring bands and songwriters, in his home studio.
Aaron Uhl
Aaron Uhl joined the Innerphase Video staff in 2005. He is a 1997 graduate of Fisher Catholic High School and has a degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University, as well as a degree from Hocking College in Interactive Multimedia. If you need graphic design & layout, duplication work, or any type of media conversion from film to tape, Aaron has probably done it. Additionally, he is our “staff guru” for music, movie and TV trivia. Aaron lives in Lancaster, and enjoys being a DJ for parties and wedding receptions.
Travis Mitchell

Customer Testimonials
Dave Bailey – Lancaster Chief of Police
Innerphase produces an ongoing local television program featuring our agency and I consider them to be outstanding professionals. Bob and his staff always find new ways to present our department in an interesting and engaging manner. They are very flexible and make their client’s needs and scheduling their priority. They are very community oriented and are always finding ways to donate time and expertise to this area.
Greg Eyerman – Director of the Fairfield County Visitor and Convention Bureau Innerphase Video is very creative and were invaluable to us in producing our promotional video. They were able to help us incorporate everything we wanted into the final production and still worked within our budget to create an excellent finished product. I would highly recommend the Innerphase Video team to anyone considering any type of video production from a feature-length project to a single commercial.
Becky Hajost – Canal Winchester Chamber of Commerce
Recently I attended an annual awards dinner for FCDD. Innerphase Video created the visual presentation for the event. I was reminded of a time when I worked with them to create a marketing video for a capital campaign for the Fox Family YMCA. I wrote the script and they did the rest. Both events were extremely successful. Innerphase is terrific to work with and his passion and ability to pull emotion and message combine to create a lasting impression.
Lindsay Bishop – Hands of the River Dance Team Instructor
I always look forward to working with the crew at Innerphase. They have filmed two videos for my dance team and both have had great success. They are trustworthy and always honest, two attributes that keep me coming back.
