Established in 1989, Innerphase Video Productions is an award winning full service multimedia production company located in Lancaster, Ohio. We specialize in commercial, documentary, industrial, and educational videos, television and sports broadcasting, live-streaming, along with a fully equipped mobile production unit, for live event taping with on-site CD & DVD duplication available. The Talent Behind IVP

Bob Competti is a 1983 graduate of Fisher Catholic High School, attended The University of Dayton and DeVry Institute of Technology receiving his degree in Electronic Engineering. After working at WLGN-Radio in Logan, Bob served as Operations Manager at WWAT-TV53 in Chillicothe for 3 years, before starting Innerphase Video in 1989. Bob resides in Carroll with his wife Beth, children Dominic and Ryan, and enjoys spending time with daughter Erin, son-in-law Patrick, grandsons William and Myles, and granddaughters Emma and Claire.

Josh Messerly joined the Innerphase Video team in January 2019. Previously, he was the News and Production Director with WFCO-FM in Lancaster from 2012 to 2019. He also has Play-By-Play broadcast experience in football, baseball/softball and basketball. Josh is a graduate of both Lancaster High School and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and History. In his spare time, Josh enjoys watching sports, playing softball, golfing, grilling.

Shane Messina is a graduate of Fairfield Union High School, and earned his degree from Ohio University in Interdisciplinary Media Arts in 2016. He is an accomplished musician playing the guitar and drums for over 20 years. Shane enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Kady, as well as friends and family.

Tom Russo joined the Innerphase Video team in 2016 as a camera operator but brings more than 20 years of video production experience including working as a News Videographer at WYTV in Youngstown, Ohio.  Tom's background also includes 15 years of business development experience while working as a Key Account Executive at NFocus Consulting and the Digital Sales Manager for the Media Network of Central Ohio.  Tom is a graduate of Youngstown State University and lives in Lancaster with his wife Cheri and their two son's Ryan and Alex.     

Cameras/Crew
Donald Ziegfeld, a 2010 graduate of Fairfield union High School, received his Associate's Degree from Ohio University in Computer Science. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Technical and Applied Studies from Ohio University, Lancaster. Donnie is a great guy to have on the crew, and is very versatile.
Tom Russo...this guy can do it all, and has a great eye for the perfect shot. One of the best hand held camera operators around, we love having Tom, and sometimes even his boys on the crew!
Jim Spires has run camera for nearly all 20 years of broadcasting sports for IVP.
Jason Roush experienced in the truck or on camera (can wear a lot of hats)
Dave Bickham In the press box or on camera, Dave does both. (seems to only do football games where rain is involved.)
JT Burcham another "jack-of-all-trades", a great guy to have in your crew.
Eric Obert experienced cameraman who has worked all over the country, with a great eye for the right shot.
Ryan Competti studied digital media at DePaul University but recently graduated from Miami University. He's also very talented in still photography.
Eron Knece is a great cameraman and has worked all over the state with the IVP crew.
Mark Yarger is a fantastic cameraman, on a tripod or handheld. Has a great eye, and is a pleasure to have on any job.
Norm Silverman has worked with the IVP crew for live staging events including Michael Bolton & Crystal Bowersox...always a pleasure to have Norm.
Hunter Wright is a 2018 graduate of The Ohio State University. Hunter runs camera, works in the truck, or in the office editing. He even produces his own podcasts!

Announcers/Talent
Jared Stewart, an experienced play-by-play announcer in football, basketball, baseball of volleyball! Jared is a true professional.
Tim Shumaker our field announcer for the past 12 seasons, has recently moved up to the press box to do color commentary.
Jim Competti has been doing play by play for nearly 15 years for high school football and basketball (was All-Ohio himself in hoops in 1987).
Doug McFarland is an experienced color analyst or side line reporter, and is well know in the central Ohio area.
Tom McDonald, long time high school football coach, fills in at color during off nights.
Jack Davidson does a great job whether it's basketball, football, or even soccer - Jack gets in done, and does it well!
